Huge tree down on Cove Creek

FYI - there's a huge tree that fell across the trail about 1/8 mile before the Cove Creek crossing. It was an old tree that had a hollow in it from the ground up to about 10-12 ft and it broke at the top of the hollow taking another good-size tree with it, landing directly on the trail.

It will take a crew of people and at least one LARGE chainsaw to remove - and it won't be easy since the main part of the big trunk is 6-8 ft in the air and the smaller tree is under that. There's another tree across the trail closer to the fields but it won't be hard to move. There must have been a lot of wind in the storms this week as there are leaves and smaller limbs everywhere.
