    First time to WNC

Going to be heading up first week in May to visit my mother-in-law in Statesville but the wife and I decided we will have a few days to ourselves first out West. I have never been before and am planning the following:

    First two days:
-Staying around Bryson City and hitting up Tsali one day and renting a MC and riding the Tail of the Dragon the next. --Possibly some tubing.

    3rd/4th days
-Drive towards Asheville/Hendersonville (find someplace cheap to stay)
-hit Pisgah and then do DuPont Forest the next day.

--Drive out to see mom-in-law in Statesville.

The main thing I am worried about is the availability of easier trails for my wife. She won't ride with me all day but I would like her to enjoy it when she does. Any suggestions from some locals as to the "must - do's"? and some of the easier scenic stuff for wifey

There are a lot of gravel roads in Dupont that lead to nice views of waterfalls. She might enjoy that.
