Did Paris Mtn. get dumped on last night?

I'm in Greenville today and have my bike with me but saw on Weather.com that a big storm came through between G'ville and S'burg. Wasn't sure if Paris got that big rain or not. If the trails are very soggy, I'll go elsewhere.

    Thanks,

    JT

I live about 10 miles north of Paris Mountain and we got 3/4 inch in about 40 minutes. Also huge hail. The storm was really spotty, though...I was out at Donaldson Center at that time and there was no rain out there at all.

I would guess that much rain that fast would run off and not be soggy, but YMMV.

I was heading home from my road ride up Paris Mountain and the sky opened up and poured a mixture of rain and hail. I was glad to be in my car. I don't know how long it lasted. usually the trails at Paris Mountain drain pretty well except a few mud holes.
