    Hope Bridal Veil

So now that the state has taken over all of DuPont does that mean that we can go back to crossing the Little River under Bridal Veil without feeling bad about it?

Probably not. That property will probably be used by the military or similar organization. I wouldn't want to end up in jail.

Eventually it should happen. That's a natural travel corridor I would be very surprised if they did not open that route.

Yeah we used to cross there back in the day when it wasn't posted (or someone at least had stolen the signs lol) and didn't know any better because everyone was doing it. It sure beat fording the river when it was cold. Last summer we walked up there from the bottom and the old goat path up the south side to CMS wasn't really even recognizable.

If I remember correctly, it was even part of the route on the old "Tobacco Free for Life" race. Good times.

I couldn't even remember when, or really even why, we stopped riding this route. So I went digging and found this: http://forums.mtbr.com/north-south-c...ng-197723.html

10 Years! Hopefully it's an option again sooner than later!
