    Bent Creek Trail Conditions

    Heads up yall....

There is a big tree down on Lower Side Hill between and Laurel Branch (479G) Boyd Branch (479F) roads. Its in a high speed left hand corner and if you're rolling fast you wont be able to see it until its too late...

Almost got decapitated so keep your heads up out there...

A volunteer sawyer crew with Pisgah Area Sorba cleared this tree today. As a bonus, we took out a small oak that was across Deer Lake Lodge Trail.

    Rain Saturday and Sunday...

Although its March in the southern mountains so that changes pretty much every 5mins.

could rain, snow, sleet, hail, sun, fog, hot, cold, etc... Heck might even rain frogs who knows.
