    Asheville NC question

I just made a new account because of the change in email and my old user name was old. My question is. I might be moving into the area soon. I have not made my choice yet between the two jobs. I am in Asheville now for my last interview and trying to get a feel for the city. I thought I'll ask your guys opinion.

Moved here from Raleigh a little over three years ago.

    My family is happier.

    The beer is better.

I'm a faster and better rider who now rides better trails.

If you have a bike with you, there's a meetup tonight at some of the more approachable trails in the area - meetup.com/Pisgah-Area-Mountain-Biking-Asheville-Hendersonville-brevard/

Thank you for he comment back. That is awesome to hear. I am loving it here and I think I'm going to take the job. Thank you for the invite but I didn't bring my bike. How are the bike trails around here. I keep hearing they are amazing. I would love to ride with you guys if I move down here! The craft beer scene is amazing down here.

The trails are about as good as you get on the east coast.
Just stick it in granny and start grinding.

Just made the move myself last August. I had to commute between here and Charlotte for a while but finally got a good job here last month. If you like rad trails, good beer, and friendly mountain vibes you wont regret it...

Good luck and see ya on the trails.

best decision I ever made. Bring on more mountain bikers! Money can't be your only motive (usually) when moving here, that's the catch. I'll probably spend my life in WNC...
    My one says BRAP!

Been around the world with the Navy. I choose to live in WNC. I could make more money elsewhere, but I would spend it vacationing here.....
My bike MCA kinda climbs like a billy-goat. WOO WOO!

What everyone else has said. I live in upstate SC and do a lot of my riding in the Asheville/Brevard area. The trails are truly amazing and the presence of Pisgah SORBA keeps them getting better. Check out the Black Mountain Big Dig thread and it should give you an idea of the MTB community up there.

If you're a MTbiker, Asheville is the place to be in.

    Asheville NC question

I was thinking that, for a MT biker, Montana would be the place to be. In.
