Revolver Rear Axle - Too Short?

Hi there, I'm working on a 2017 Revolver HT 9xx and just installed the rear wheel only to see that the thru axle is too short?
I have a 7X01 with the quick release axle, not the one in the pics, that is long enough both on the Revolver 27.5 and this 29er as well

Is that considered "normal"? It doesn't look safe for the threads in that rear triangle. Thanks

You should consider posting this in the wheels and tires subforum. I doubt it will get much attention here.

This subforum is dead. DEAD. Itís shocking to me because in my neck of the woods, every 3rd or 4th bike on the trail is a Norco. I have concluded that this must be a regional thing, and that they just arenít all that popular or available in most other areas.

I think most of us are usually out riding instead of being online. Except me, I have plenty of snow and no fat bike.

Might make a fun project to dig through the Owners' thread and compile locations, now that you mention it.
