    Norco quality

    Looking at getting a new range when they come out. How is norco quality as I'm new to the brand?

    Other than rear shock my Sight has been perfect!! 2015 7.1 is what I own.

    Waiting for Norco to replace a new faulty RockShox Monarch XX rear shot since May 2016 - entire season lost, $10K bike, and they are having trouble replacing a $400 shock...

    that sounds more like a problem with sram

    Well, all they have to do is replace it. As far as I know, SRAM still makes shocks. They attempted to fix the shock 2 times. Kept it all summer long. Then finally admit it can't be fixed. The shocks are available on other bikes in their warehouse, so that is BAD customer service. $10,000 bike...

    i had the same problem last year with an enduro and a monarch plus.
