    Norco Indie IGH frame

    Hello,

I'm trying to compare the Norco Indie IGH frame with the non-IGH version from their website.
Indie IGH - Urban - Urban - City - Bikes - Norco Bicycles

    Indie 1 - Urban - Bikes - Norco Bicycles

Are they the same frame with the same rear dropouts for the rear hub? Reason is because I have the non-IGH version and plan to buy an Alfine 8 IGH and would like to see if the rear dropouts are compatible.

They're different. The Indie IGH has sliding dropouts whereas the normal Indie has fixed dropouts.

In the past there were some Indie or Threshold models (I think they were Thresholds) which could be converted between fixed & sliding dropouts, but unfortunately it's not an option on the 2016 Indies.
