Would be interested too. Lots of reviews online if you are still looking at this bike. Overall I think the frameset looks absolutely rad.

Yes. But it's my first and only roadbike so don't have anything to compare it too.
It's been good to me. No issues. Everything works well. Brakes are good.
I bought it to ride while recovering from a broken back. Mostly tar and a few gravel roads. Most trips were only around 50kms and 1000mts vert but even with a mending crushed T4 I found it comfortable.
Was a good recovery bike but I rarely use it now.
2016 carbon with 105 groupset, hydraulic brakes.

Just came out with a steel version of the new Search XR. Looks awesome. $900 frame/fork really??? Seems too good to be true. Would be a direct competitor to the Niner RLT 9 steel. Niner is Reynolds 853 vs 725 on the Norco. And Niner is also $1500 frame/fork....

    Hmmmm.....

I have had a norco search a105 for about three months.
Bought it as a commuter/gravel bike and i love it to bits. I did have an issue with rear spokes breaking after about 100km. Broke one, had it replaced then broke 2 more. Had the wheel rebuilt with all new spokes under warranty.

Its really versatile but is a bit twitchy on gravel with the 32c tyres. I have fitted a set of 40c maxxis ramblers and its much better on the gravel but lost a lot of its zip on the pavement.
