    Any way to contact Norco?

Have a frame issue that I think Norco would be able to help out on but am getting dead ends.

Talked to my local dealer starting this winter and at first got good help. They got a reply from Live to Play Sports (Norco's big distributor) but it wasn't applicable to my frame so it kind of felt like a hand waving or wave off from them.
Local dealer went through some personnel change but its kind of in a black hole again.

Not looking to stir the pot or anything, just hoping I can chat with Norco and get things squared away.

Sorry, if you were closer I'd say stop by my shop (I'm in the Boston, MA area). We've had an employee get a frame replaced and the experience was easy.

Shoot me a PM. I'll see if I can dig up a contact for you.

I am having a major head ache with Norco as well. Brand new Revolver XX shipped with a rear shock that does not work. 8 weeks and only now did they order the parts apparently... Can't find a way to contact them (other than DM on twitter I guess). The dealer lets me know what is up with Norco / status of the warranty repair, but 8 weeks in the middle of summer before they get on a repair on a pretty high $$$ bike - lame.

I've been trying to track down an upper shock bolt for the past 6 months with no luck or help. Seems like such a simple task, but apparently not..
