    Early March.

It feels a lot bigger than I expected but I had been riding small bikes with I had this on order. I love it!

How tall are you? What about inseam and reach? I'm 6'2" with a 35" inseam and 6'6" reach and I'm pretty sure I want an XL and have been looking at Norcos since my local shop just started carrying them, but they don't have an XL bike in stock yet.

I'm 6' 2.75" officially. I have never measured my inseam or reach for this purpose so I'm not sure of the numbers but I I wear a 34" length regular pant and 36" pant for work wear (Wrangler, Ariat, Carharrt).

With your measurements I'd think the XL would be the way to go. I feel like the XL is borderline large for me but I'm glad I go it. It fits very well. It's just not as nimble as the medium-framed 25-27lb bikes I had been borrowing.

Forgot to mention, my friend is a sale manager for Norco and he is 6'2" and rides the XL frames and said that the XL was perfect for me. With your potentially longer reach I think you should get the XL. Adjust with stem choice. The XL comes with a 70mm stem, the large and medium come with a 60mm. I swapped out the 70mm to a 50mm and so far I like it.

Thanks for the feedback. I feel like I need an XL. The issue is the dealer doesn't have any in stock to know for sure. They think I need an XL too, but I'd really like to sit on one before I commit to ordering one.
