2015 Norco revolver frame 29er and 27er are they the same ?

Are Norco using the same frame and fork on those 2 models ? I was wondering if the 29er and 27.5er are the same ?

I was wondering if 2.35 tires would fit and maybe transform a 29er into a 27.5er... for my daughter

    No, they're NOT the same.
Norco has completely different frames for their 27.5 and 29er models, the only thing they have in common is the cable guides.

I recall someone doing something similar with a 29er Optic by putting 27.5+ tires on it.

Going from 29 to regular 27 probably won't work because it would change the BB height too much. 29 to 27.5+ also probably won't work (just guessing) given it is non-boost and very limited in rear tire clearance to begin with. For the newer model year they are only making 27.5 in the xs small size. For older model years they had two separate lines 27.5 and 29er in multiple sizes.

I hope they upgrade this frame to boost rear just to increase tire clearance for us out East who ride tons of mud. And I hope the upgrade the frame to 120mm fork or at least design it for 100-120 so you aren't voiding the warranty.

This frame fit a niche that others seem to be catching on in terms of steep seat angle by XC travel. The new Intense XC bike and Blur XC are following this trend the problem is they are only 29er. For us small folk, I still want a 27.5.
