    Niner -- Warranty Kudos

    Just wanted to give Niner some major warranty kudos.

    I purchased a rigid RDO (not boost) from a LBS in Germany. The fork arrived with a crack in the lower. The box was in perfect shape, so the defect didn't happen during shipping.

    Contacted Niner warranty and Kyle at Niner responded within a day!

    Kyle had the replacement fork out to me within a day and before I sent him the defective fork.

    During the warranty process I decided to upgrade my SS to an Air 9 RDO. Niner went out of their way to allow the return of the replacement non-boost fork and sent me the new boost rigid RDO fork for the new Air 9 RDO.

    Awesome customer service Niner!
