    Had to do it !

Love the Blk Mrkt Mob, but the top tube is slightly too short for me, ever so slightly.

So I pulled the trigger and ordered myself a Nicolai FMXTB, this will replace the Mob....

Have got a home for the Mob frame, seatpost and saddle (Mwah ha ha ha)

Will run this as a single speed.

Cranks, bars, stem, sprockets will be from Deity, brake Magura Marta, Seatpost Thomson, saddle to be decided.

Fork, will more than likely be the Marz 4X

    Atom Lab wheel set....

Made the decision, cause after Iget back to NZ, things will not be as easy....

Colour, not telling yet, but will be very cool

The built up FMXTB is a Nicolai sponsored rider Moritz Bauer, I will post a thread on this dude, he is ripping it up.

My god Whafe, are you collecting Nicolais now? Thats three, have you plans for any more? I too am thinking about making my FR a little FR (ish) and perhaps next year have a CC for the lighter stuff. It becomes addictive don't you think? When are you off back to NZ?

Congrats mate on another nice machine, the stable grows! Are you parting company with the Titus yet?

yeah, seems that way... Just had an opportunity and had to take it. Once am back and not an expat, life will be more a reality. The joys of an expat have there advantages, but still many disadvantages too....

Yeah, i will have the 29er for the lighter stuff..... So yes be 3 Nicolai's...

i will part company in the longrun I guess with the Titus, I will leave it in Spain though to use when i am working there till June next year for some 10-12 per month....

Well I don't know what to do, first bike with any paint that I've had in a few years.....

That baseball bat downtube is just too difficult to do in Ti I think

    You will cope with paint...

The issue for us is, being bike whores is a Ti manufacturers dream, but out nightmare... A Ti bike is one that needs to be kept for a good many years.... Of which I dont tend to do....

So like the Jones, that puppy will be around till I die so to speak... Have come to my senses now....

Sweet... The drop-outs are very cool. Easy to run gears or Singlespeed.

Wow, Whafe. When it comes to bikes you definitely have champagne taste.

Your bike collection is way off the chart.

I'm very interested to hear how the Mob and FMXTB compare. I'm thinking I'll probably pick up a Mob this winter.

I love the Mob, it is great, but I am 6'4, it is slightly too small. So the Nic will give me slightly more room so to speak..... Have worked hard and been fortunate enough to be able ot get bikes, they are my passion, the joys of being an expat, sheesh there needs to be some joys living away from family....
