There is Wawayanda about 20 minutes north and west of Ringwood. Not my favorite...but once you figure out where all the singletrack is...not bad. If you are willing to drive up over the Bear Mountain Bridge....try Blue Mountain Reservation in Peekskill. Great spot. Good maps too. Try both the Allamuchy spots out on rt 80 west. Both are really fun in my opinion. Lewis Morris in Morristown/Mendham is a good little spot too.

    Just too name a few,

I grew up in Ramsey and there were some small side stuff I used to play around in as a kid (well punk actually) but by no means would I call them real mt bike trails. Ringwood is the closest. I have read something in these forums about minimal riding around campgaw area, but still haven't actually figured them out and are probably prohibited anyway.

If you want to check out Wawayanda, drop me a line & I can meet you weekdays after 4:30 or most weekends. Some good new stuff has gone on in there & many improvements to existing trails. ~~Tom
