Three Bottles Advanced Trail - FS Trail Work schedule

Got the dates for the Three Bottles and other FS project schedule. 3-Bs will be up first. After that the focus will move to other projects.
The more help we can get the quicker we can finish up the Three Bottles project. Without our help it won't get done.
    March 26 may be added.
    April24th
    May 21st & 22nd
June 4th Nat. Trails Day (June 4th) with camping event at Oak Flat on Sat night.
    July 16th & 17th
    Aug 13th & 14th
Sept 10th & 11th-Course prep for 12 Hours of Albq.
    Oct 22nd & 23rd (Make a Difference Day)

Three Bottles has been a great project. I want to personally thank everyone that has come out to help build this awesome trail the last two years. If you haven't had a chance to come out and help. Now's the time. Nothing feels better than riding a trail you helped to build. Thanks for your support in advance.
As I get more info I will post it up.
    See you on the trail.

I'll have to look at my schedule but I'm definitely in for a few days. Maybe I can get some gift cards or swag to give out from Guerrilla Gravity too for those who attend.

The 26th won't be added out here at 3-Bs. Good day to dig some Placitas dirt.

The Three Bottles trail work day is this Sunday. WE could use all the help we can get. The more help the quicker we can ride the 3-Bs extension, (flow trail) which will connect to the Blue Ribbon Gnasty-Wag junction. Bypass all the two track.
We will meet at the Tijeras Ranger Station at 9am. Long pants and sturdy shoes are required. Hard hats, gloves and tools will be provided. Bring a lunch and water is a good idea as well. Bring your family and enjoy a day in the forest. All are welcome.
    See you there.

Three Bottles Advanced Trail - FS Trail Work schedule

Sorry I couldn't make it but hopefully I'll be making the next one. I'm also getting some T-Shirts to raffle off from Guerrilla Gravity. So let me know how you would like to raffle them off to those that attend.

Plenty of trail days to go. No worries. Guerrilla Gravity T-shirts, awesome! I'm sure we can figure something out for a shirt raffle.

I scouted a little further on Saturday after I saw you. We are coming in pretty shallow on the hillside that we need to be on. I sure wish there had been a way to keep a safe distance from the arch site on top. Of course, it's too late for that now, but maybe we can work/rework the slope at the end of 3b's proper to add a little more flow in the beginning? There going to be a bit of a climb out of where we ended up last Sunday to make this last part of the trail less "pedally." I found some more trail flags way down in the bottom. I guess those are yours?

It's that time again. The next trail work days are this Sat and Sun. The 21st and 22nd. We had a great turnout for the first trail day. Lets keep that rolling. We need your help. With two work days we should be able to get a nice chunk of trail finished. Hope to see you there. Meet at the Tijeras Ranger Station at 9am both days. Long pants and sturdy shoes are required. Tools, hard hats, and gloves will be provided.

Thanks to everyone that showed up, we got another nice big section of the trail built. There were over 20 people on Sat and 10 on Sunday. Lots of berm work going in. Going to be fun and another great addition to the East Mtn Trail System. Without your help, it don't get built.

Not a new trail. I think they will be doing repairs- maintenance of some trails in the Cedro area. Heard something about poker chip trail. Don't think they will be working on any re-routs.

Looks like a go for this weekends build dates. We will meet at the Tijeras Ranger Station at 9 am both Sat and Sunday. If you can spare some time, come help us get this trail closer to being complete. It won't get done without you. As always, the tools, hard hats and gloves will be supplied. Long pants and sturdy shoes required. IT will be HOT. So bring plenty of water and sun screen. We will have water as well. Hope to see you there.

We'll have breakfast burritos and post "ride" refreshments to. If you've been riding the Manzanitas and haven't done a trail day its time for paybacks as there are not many days left.

This Sat and Sun. The 13th and 14th are the next work days for the Three Bottles extension. Meet at the Tijeras Ranger Station at 9am both days. Long pants and sturdy shoes are required. Hard hats, gloves and tools will be supplied. Come on out and help get this project finished this season. If we can get this extension finished we may have a chance to look at adding more to the original 3-Bs build. Lots more good stuff in there. Got to finish the extension first. See you there.

Count me and the kids in! Not sure what day, gotta get that part figured out.

Feels good to give back to the community! If you're reading this, it means you've thought about it, being the last one for the year it'd be a great time to come out!

Great people, cooler temps and some internal satisfaction all inclusive.

Awesome! Today there were only 3 of us plus Kerry. Hard to build much trail with 4 people. But it was a good day.

Thanks man! Funny thing is, the kids don't even see it as work but rather have fun with it!

But the most rewarding thing about taking them to build, is seeing them ride it afterwards. It all comes together for them and they see why we do what we do.
