    SBT Guides?

Are there any shops or local riders that provide guide services for the SBT from Angel Fire to Taos? My son and I plan on giving it a shot next Sunday the 27th. I have loaded a track into my Garmin 510 but having someone from the area would be a bonus. I would be willing to throw some cash and or beer at anyone interested.

    Thanks,

    Marty

Keep us posted and let us know if that big tree still blocks the trail a few miles from Angel Fire. I rode from Garcia Park towards AF about a month ago and at the 4 mile mark on my GPS there was an enormous tree down.

Ok will do. Were you able to get your bike over it or did you find a way around it?

Over it?! I don't think so lol! I turned around mostly because it was getting late on me and I was alone but I think you can probably hike and bike around it although it wouldn't be too fun.
