    Any Publicity is Good Publicity?

March 2017 edition of Outdoor Magazine has a full page add (page 17) promoting Albuquerque as an adventure destination, in which you are invited to ride "...the legendary bike trails of the Sandia Mountain Wilderness". First Breaking Bad, now this.

Why they don't have a bike park up there I'll never know?

From what I understand, the Abruzzo's aren't interested.

They are, but after the absurd amount of contention of putting in the parking lot at Ski Santa Fe (it requires public comment since it's FS land), they're totally put off of putting together another agenda and going through that nightmare.

With any project on public land there is always the PROCESS. Heck, with 3-bottles it still took 3 years of red tape to put a shovel in the dirt. I know the FS has talked with the Abruzzo's about this at the Sandia Ski Area. FS is interested. That's a big start.

Wow, really surprising that Outside is promoting riding in Wilderness. That's bad.

It's not their job to edit ads, they just print them and collect the money.
