    Am I getting old?

Went for a ride at Bootleg today. Girl Scout, Boy Scout, Lake mead overlook trail. Then I headed down skyline to West Leg, cut over to Mother and back to the truck. Eight miles And I feel beat up. This after riding 28 miles last Sat. I even walked a few sections on Skyline. I mean, what is up with that??!!! I guess I need to start riding Bootleg more to get my tech skills back up to par.

Yes. But not as old as me.

Some days you have "it"....... some days you fall over in the parking lot just trying to get clipped in. D'Oh. I guess when those days start being the norm rather than the exception.... then you're getting old.

Sounds like, you'd fit in with this one group I have ridden with a time or two here in Utah.
We call ourselves "The Nothern Utah, Old, Fat, Bald and Slow Mountain Bikers".
Let's just say that I am one of the fastest guys and one of the youngest.
Not the baldest though(Thankfully!), and cetrainly not the fattest.
It sounds like, Friday's group will be just my speed!
