    shock pressure on elite

    I have been searching but can not find what the pressure should be on the tora tk for a 200 # rider. where would 1 find that info?

    tora tk is coil only, so you'll be setting preload, not pressure. Not a big deal, at 200# you should be within the range of the stock spring.

    is it set the same way about 2" of sag?

    yes, you still look at sag, but 2" is too much. rule of thumb is 20-33%. tora tk is 100mm fork (roughly 4"), so you should start at an inch or so. it will probably be quite close to the proper setting from the factory, since the biggest factor is spring choice, and most riders are going to be in the 180-200lb range.
