    Outcast Questions

I have a 2009 Outcast that I ordered this spring and have beat the snot out of it. Gobs of trail rides, 3 six hour races, one norba race and tons of jumping. Next year I want to get a bit more competitive and I've been thinking of upgrading either this bike or get a new bike.

If I upgrade the current bike, can anyone recommend fast, light and tough 29er SS wheels that are NOT disc specific? Also, I need to go to QR skewers, them bolts gotta go. I definitely need to go tubeless.

Also, anyone know the weight of the frame and fork on this? I'm thinking of upgrading the fork to carbon, but not if it's not a huge weight savings.

I'm also toying with building up a Fly 29er Ti frame ($$$) as a SS, any comments on how that bike handles compared to the Outcast?

Titanium frame will give you a much more supple ride , I thought the geo. was about the same so no big changes in handling .
