Motobecane Fantom 29er Trail vs Comp

I've been out of mountain biking for about 3 years now and I'm ready to jump back in. I'm very comfortable wrenching on a bike which led me to I found my way to the Fantom 29er Trail and the Fantom 29er Comp due to the newer framed designs and what appeared to be better components than the 529HT, X4 and X5. I've been out of the game for a while and I'm unsure of the quality difference between all of the current components out there. My question is, are the components on the Fantom Comp worth the extra $200?

    Fantom Trail $599.99
(Save up to 60% off new Mountain Bikes - MTB - Motobecane Fantom 2729DS Disc brakes, Tubeless Compatible Rims)

Fantom Comp $799.99 (Save up to 60% off new Mountain Bikes - MTB - Motobecane Fantom 29Elite)

    Thank you!

In my opinion, no. The parts on the comp are better, but I don't think they're worth the extra $200. To me, it comes down to, which one had the parts what you want because planning for upgrades can cost more. The fork on the comp is comparable quality, but it is rebuildable. Which is good for long term. The guide brakes are good, but the dracos work. For the price, it's a wash. To me, the drive train is the real difference. 9 speed works well, but the 10 speed is easily upgraded to a wide range cassette and 1x10.
