which holes equal 3/4/5 in of travel on Fantom DS frames?

Which hole is equal to the following settings of travel in the rear?

Back hole (closest to rear tire)... Is this the 3" or 5" hole?
Middle hole: 4 inches of travel
Front hole (closest to front tire)... Is this the 3" or 5" hole?

whichever compresses the throw most at full-extension/zero-sag is 3". I'm guessing the front most is 3".

The back hole (closest to rear tire) is the 5" hole. If you think about the rocker linkage as a see-saw, shortening the length on one side increases the leverage ratio and reduces the amount of travel on that side relative to the fixed side.

I find that the additional leverage in the 5" configuration tends to overwhelm the preset pedaling platform on my Monarch 3.3 too easily, making for a bouncy ride even with increased pressure. A shock with a firmer platform, or adjustable platform may work better for our frames in 5" if you like to hammer uphill.
    YMMV.

Ok, I was thinking the back hole was the 5" but just wanted to make sure
