    Customer Service

    I recently purchased a Windsor Cliff 29 Pro and had some issues with the rear wheel. I contacted the customer service on the web site and found them to be very helpful and fast at responding to my questions. I just wanted to post to let others know the pleasant experience I have had with the company. The bike is a tremendous value and I am enjoying the 29er experience.

    Same here. Had put an query bout the rear shock on the Fantom Pro DS regarding replacement needing specs & had heard from someone rather quickly & informative. Wish that I had known of the Moto brand/BD earlier in past mtb purchases. Very happy w/ my Moto DS.
    In addition, couple of days ago, had ran into 2 roadies on Motos (sleek lookers they were) in my town, replying hey moto, alright. Funny
