    Cable Housing

Has anyone used full shifter cable housing on their fly team, either Ti or not? I am getting ready to build one of these bikes up, and not sure if it is worth it to use a housing the whole way along the cable. It seems that using full cable housing would keep the cables cleaner, but could hinder lubrication.

    Thanks,
    Randy

You don't need to use full length housing. If you get one of the Jagwire kits, they come with smaller plastic tubing that covers the exposed cable. Its actually a really nice system, and it weighs less than using full length housing. You can see it in this picture.
