    Teocali water bottle mount
With the Teocali lacking a water bottle mount in a decent location what do the rest of you do ? At the moment I have to just use a hydration pack but sometimes I would prefer to just have a bottle and a saddle bag.

i dont own a Teocali, but Most people ride with Camelbacks.

Personally, i just have 1 bottle on the mount, and 3 others in my backpack. :)

I've never been a big fan of callbacks except for long rides and I've just recently bought a water bottle that has a cover over the valve (you know, like a dome shaped one) and all I can say is why did it take so long to think of this (had teocalis for about 6 years now!).

Whippet I have looked at water bottles like that but with the bottle underneath how is it for ground clearance ?

I've never had an issue with it apart from the mouthful of dirt problem!

i've seen cages that attach to the back of the saddle which are designed to hold 2 water bottles. Keeps them up out of the worst of the dirt and the bonus is that they hold 2. I ride a teocali too, used the cage holder on the bottom of the frame (i got a 2005 model dont know if they changed it in later models?) ,...used the stock cage holder for a while in commute and found it fine for that, i can easily imagine how it might not be the best location for your water bottle on a trail though.
