One thing that made the laps fun was playing Gu toss with the buckets. I was stoked to see them, and hope more races will do this also. Hopefully they where well used over the event

Great Event. My first 24 hour solo race was a great experience. My only suggestion is how about some food for the 24 hour solo guys at the end? They had lots of great food during the race and took care of the racers well, except the solo guys who were always out riding.

While the free beer at the end was a godsend and much appreciated (although one was my limit as exhausted as I was), some of the pizza or other stuff provided to the other racers would have been very nice.

Overall a very well run event. I did not like not being scored for my lap when the monsoon rolled through and the 2 people ahead of me did get credit for their lap, but since I do not have a better solution given the crazy circumstances of that storm, I will give the timing people a pass on that.

We got shorted a lap because of it too while the lead team in our category managed to squeak in an 'extra' lap, but honestly I don't see how to handle it without screwing over someone. It's just part of racing and I think they handled the situation well.
