Someone Left their Bike after Ride

This was Forward to Me this Morning 5/10/2010

    All,

I just wanted to shoot this email to mention that today a biker took off from the John Muir parking lot in the early evening, however he forgot to take his bike along, leaving it behind!!!

FYI the bike is at the General Store, so could you please pass the word around just in case someone may know the legit owner of that bike?

I'm sure the owner really would appreciate it!

    Thank you all,
    Ernie

And the award for Bonehead Biker of the Week award goes to.......

I can see a glove, a helmet, a sock, a shoe, a shirt, but your bike? YOU LEFT YOUR BIKE?!?!

That's like stopping at a gas station to get gas and "forgetting" your car at the pump.

I would just maybe have had some witty comment about this if I hadn't myself just recently left my bike at home and realized only halfway to the trailhead that it wasn't on my car (clearly visible through moonroof). I hope it finds its proper owner soon!
