I almost died when I saw this. Why they picked milwaukee I don't know, but I don't care. Any ETA on when it should be here? If it's going to be as big as it sounds, it's going to take a LONG time to build all that.

Don't know for sure, but the word I got from someone I trust who talked to Ray himself was that they will be open in Milwaukee for next winter's season. I'd guess they might not have the entire thing ready then, but they will be open for the beginning of the season.

    See ya there!

    Lots of large abandonded buildings
    Relatively cheap real estate
    Close to other large cities

I'm sitting here staring at my new Dos Niner that came this week wishing I could ride it. Knowing that next winter I'll be able to is INCREDIBLE.

This news just made my day. Hell, it made my February!

"Now Petra has plans to open an ever bigger place at an old Menard's on N. 76 St., according to Ald. Robert Puente, who represents the district.

Petra said he had signed a lease with Mallory Properties, the real estate arm of the Giuffre Bros. operation, and hopes to open the park the first week of November."

I heard Mequon and a big reason for coming to WI is the backing of a certain bike company in Waterloo. Ray does things the right way, through hard work and from the ground up.
