    Muir/Carlin--Storm Reports?

Any news on the trails after the storms last night?

    (262) 594-6200 is the number, but the recording sounds a day old to me. It said that ONLY the south Muir loop was closed due to being a mudpit, but I suspect a lot more than just that loop is pretty sloppy.

I rode out there yesterday evening -- it was pretty nasty. I meant since the tornado and such that hit last night around 9pm.

Yup, that was what I was getting at. The DNR has not updated the recording today...at least not as of about 30 minutes ago. I am tempted to hop in my truck and go see what it is like...

I've been camped out at WW lake for the past week and last night's storm was an 8 (Scale of 1-10). Hale strong winds an lots of lightning. I wouldn't be surprised to find a bunch of new trees down and pretty wet conditions.
