    I hope

it means I can ride. Between rain, work, family and other stuff my free time has only lined up once during the month of June for a mt bike ride. Worst biking June for me ever.

    Where is the Muir lot?

Do you have to pay for parking? (It is a primary reason why we don't park at the Emma lot)

    the best november!

Leaves down, trail clear, no bugs, dry. Low humidity. And it is my Birthday! that is my best November.

I've got two days to save June. And I am gonna do that.

Yes you need a parking sticker for the Muir lot as well. It's an annual sticker that covers you in all state parks and state forests. Muir, Emma, Blue Mound SP, etc... If you're a Wisco resident, it's $25 for the year...not sure what out of state rates are.

Well worth it in my opinion. Especially if you go to Kettles more than a couple times a year.

Sorry. I didn't mean to get all serious.

How did that innocent little anglelic figure get caught up in all the gnome debauchery that's about to go down? And he seems to be sleeping through it...maybe he's just closing his eyes wishing it was over...

You're not paying for parking as much as paying a small percentage of the cost for hundreds of miles and millions of acres of recreational property. You're also supporting the state trails and ranger staff who stick their necks out for us.

There are 3 vital areas of pay that create and insure our trail riding. The land, clubs and giving time. I love the riding, the privilege and the bike posse folk so I think it's a bargain.

Enjoy the ride. I'm hoping to get out myself this week.

Well, come to find out it doesn't matter anyways about the parking. My wife took off Thursday and Friday and we will be in Northern WI Wed night.

I will make one of these in the future. Have fun.
