    Kettle South - John Muir trails, do I need a State Park sticker on my car??

    HOPEFULLY heading out to Muir on Saturday. I know I need to purchase a trail pass, but do I need a state park sticker on my car too??

    You do not need a sticker, per se, if you dont have one you can always just buy a daily car pass right at the trailhead for $2 IIRC (honor system)

    For the rude or uninvited party guest method, but yeah that works.

    Sure it's legal but it is not helping the efforts to have, develop and maintain the trails.

    you can avoid the parking fee's by riding your bike from home or strapping it to your back and hiking it in,,,,,,or parachuting in, commando style.

    Well, looks like I won't be heading out to Muir tomorrow...8 inches of rain...I don't think the trails will be open
