    It's time to build!!!!

Ladies and Gentle Men! Welcome to the main event! The time has come for what you have all been waiting for! It is now time to reap the reward for all your hard work this spring with voting process and start the build out of the Bell Built Grant! FlowRide Concepts will be on site starting Thursday morning to begin building our world class dirt jump facility right here in Cottage Grove! Volunteers are welcome! Come and help when you can, day time, week nights and weekends! The build is set to last approximately 2 weeks, so come as often as you like! https://www.facebook.com/events/310053675845610/

We will be assisting the pro builders while they are on site and staging for their continued building while they are off site! Look forward to seeing you out there!

If you love our park and want to see it done right show up with your working clothes on and be ready to move some dirt! also consider making a tax deductible donation at : CGBP - Razoo

This is a little of what they did up in Duluth!

    Day 6

lots of dirt moved yesterday! All the available dirt is now staged and that means most all of the black blue and green are now laid out and ready to be shaped and finished! Flow Ride continues to kill it!

I like the "medium-width" of the take offs. Looks less BMX, more pump track and bike park-like, and slightly wider than what you might encounter on trails. Wide landings make the jumps look more welcoming/forgiving. I also like how the wider take-offs look to have one side taper gradually to be more advanced.

The lips are pretty uniformed from side to side. They are all pretty much hips, so hitting one side over the other gives you a shorter or longer gap. They have a nice bike park look but a trail feel. The big line is pretty tech. You have to really flow them. But won't die if you case. If you have ever rode Frisco co they ride a lot like that.

We had a solid build session last night at CGBP. Things are really coming together. Some of the most recent features are still to soft to really test but we hope with this stretch of warm weather over the next few days, everything should firm up and we should be able to open the dirt jumps this Saturday morning. Please stay off them until then. We will be back out on site tonight working on the final pieces! See you then!
