    Hayward area trails

I've been riding Duluth and Cuyuna alot this year. They are awesome, but I wanna try somewhere new. This area seems pretty intriguing, so I thought I might give it a try. Anyone who's been there have any thoughts, advice, or particular trails they would recommend?

If your riding style is Cuyuna then you'd definitely want to hit up Seeley Pass, Flow Mama & Ojibwe. Just an awesome trail combo, fun trails and features everywhere. Rock Lake is also a good ride, more of an old-school feel. Lots of nice out and backs, loops and super long rides if you don't mind some gravel roads and such. North End trailhead south of Cable is a nice place to start.

Cambatrails.org is a good source. Otherwise, Makwa south from OO to Mosquito Brook (~12 miles) is real nice. OO also gets you to Seeley Pass. I like Hatchery Creek, which is real close to Hayward and is an ~8 mile loop.
Remember, nobody knows. So let's find out...

I recently got up to Hayward and rode Rock Lake. I was riding the epic until I broke my derailleur. Its an old school trail with some fun stuff but a lot of dull stuff too.

Thanks everyone for the recomendations! I had a blast doing a big Ojibwa, flow mama loop! So much so I did same trails again on day 2. I will definitely be going back, knowing what I did was just the tip of the iceberg.

Voghan, do you have a youtube chanel? I recently watched a video where a guy broke his derailleur on the rock lake trail...

Thanks for making all the vids! It's really cool to see some of trails in the area that I wouldn't know much about otherwise. Keep up the good work.

Glad you enjoyed them. I use YouTube as an excuse to go ride trails I've never ridden.
