Thank you to all who helped the Capital Off-Road Pathfinders build and repair trail last year. Achievements were many, and include finishing a complete loop and expert trail around Blue Mound Park as well as a great start on new projects.

Please consider helping us again or helping if you have never done so. There is more work to be done at existing properties, spring maintenance and repair as well as entirely new trail systems to begin. This includes the possibility of starting on new trails at Cam-Rock this year. The catch is we need more help.

It often surprises people to learn that trails around here have been built and maintained by a small group of people. An increase in volunteers could easily mean a huge increase in trail mileage in just one or two seasons!

Please consider joining WORBA and/or attending the Capital Off-Road Pathfinders meeting 7:00 PM February 24 at the Comeback Inn (Madison) to plan work days, events and organize projects.

You can start helping early with a personal commitment to volunteer at a work day (or several) and organizing your riding pals to join you. With thousands of riders in the Midwest, just imagine the results if everybody only volunteered just once a year!

Thank you.
