    12 Hours at John Muir

    Great race Saturday with some tough conditions. I curse who ever is responsible for building all those uphill switchbacks. I swear the Gnomes were adding rocks to the course each and every lap.

    I saw some people on course with some nice looking photo equipment. Does anyone have pic.'s from the race posted on-line?

    I tried to make it, however I took the wrong directions. I vented about it here:

    I bet you any money I curse far louder than you when I ride them,...

    Dude it sounds like you weren't even close to the right LaGrange. Oh well, glad you made a good day of it after all.

    @sloofoot

    Greenville is about an hour from the Roche, well Black Creek is. That would be very good training for you.

    But, I have to ask, why didn't you just go Levis? The "wrong" La Grange is very close.

    Glad you got a ride in.

    Standing Rocks is just south of Stevens Point. But you wanted a race not 14 miles of singletrack!

    Technically you needed a state trail pass to ride the trails you did as well...

    Thanks for the trails suggestions, I have only lived in WI for a couple of years. I wish I would have known Levis was so close, I am racing there on the 17th, would have been awesome to ride the trail.
