I have a 73mm shell on mine, tab had 68 which made his a little more difficult to center requiring more spacers on the non drive side. with the 131mm spindle and a single ring, the chainline is a couple mm too wide for a king SS hub and I think an older 128mm spindle(hard to find, and have to watch ebay) would be the ideal ss or 1x9 or 10 spindle length. don't recall what they whole set up weighed but it was pretty light. i'm loving the bike, have had it since november and james was willing to do everything I wanted to tweak ride characteristics, snug up the back wheel, angles, diameters, etc, good to work with for sure. hope this helps, nice vertigo by the way. I have come across it several times and it's a sweet frame/build.

hi, yeah went with PF30 which has worked well so far for me ( I have a friend with one also and he has been destroying bb bearings which makes me wonder if his cups might be out of round ,that the bb was not re-milled to concentric 46mm, post welding due to some slight shift with the heat of attaching all the tubes to the shell), the chainring is from homebrewed components. I have had my first squeak out of it in the last 2 weeks, still spins smooth but I have to get the c-dale crank puller back from a friend to pull it apart and decipher where it's coming from. I used the c-dale spindle 132mm, sram bearing shields that come with their bb, though I have an HSC ceramics PF30 bb that im going to try when i tear up the current sram one, and have also knocked the sram bearings out of Tabs old bb cups in hopes of putting some phil bearings in there also to give those a try sometime. used the cannondale spacers on the spindle. see page 2.
