Wompaturkey @ Wompatuck SP- Hingham, MA 11/16/14

    Hey everyone,

I just wanted to let everyone know about a free group ride opportunity happening next Sunday 11/16/14. Prizes will be given away, free refreshments, and no registration fee. As stated in the title it is the MBRC's annual Wompaturkey ride at Wompatuck State Park. You don't have to be an MBRC member, just come and ride. It's a leisurely fun ride, and you are obviously free to go at your own pace. The marked course will be about 12-13 miles, but you can get in a solid 25 without looping back if you know your way around. We can offer plenty of suggestions of areas of the park to hit if you're looking for an extended ride.

Check out the details and I hope to see you out there.

Great. I rode there tonight and rethought a few of the trails. Some of them are so covered in leaves that unless you know them real well it's tough to find your way. I'm going out Saturday morning to set up and I'll try to do a little trail care. Registration begins Sunday at 8:00 and its show and go. raffles and prizes at 11:00. Refreshments and coffee provided as well.
