    New Rockland Trails....

Hey guys....Hit my Blog for a short intro to the New Ralph Ewell Greenway in Rockland. I am a member of a small group that has been building a new system of trails that originate at the top of Beech St. in Rockland. These trails are all non-motorized hiking/biking trails. Some cool features for riders include skinnies and jumps, along with rock gardens and bridges. We are currently planning another leg of trails that will connect to a set trail system, as to increase the miles. There are a few photos in my blog and some more info....enjoy.

Awesome, looks like a pretty cool park. Let us know when the next trail care/building day is! I'm sure we could get a bunch of people to come down and help out.

You park right on the side of the road. In front of the sign. You will see once you are up there.

So sull, did you end up hitting the trails in Rockland? What were your thoughts? As I said there will be more open in the spring, after we start and complete the 2nd major leg.

Unfortunately I couldn't make it over, had to go to work earlier than I had hoped. I will definitely make it over there this weekend, it looks like it's all of 20 minutes from my front door, which makes it second closest only to Wompatuck.
