NEMBA is holding a trail building and maintenence school in Stoneham, MA on Sunday, May 6th. This will be a great opportunity to learn new skills and reinforce old ones. We hope that you'll consider coming to this training session, and help us increase our pool of trail care knowledge.

Time: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, split roughly equally between classroom and field work.

Audience: Trail volunteers willing to lead small teams, land managers,
park rangers

Prior experience required: None

What you will learn:

How to organize a maintenance event

Trail design

Construction techniques

Existing trail assessment

Working efficiently with volunteers

Cost: $20 includes a copy of IMBA's Trail Solutions book (a $35
value), light breakfast, lunch, snacks, beverages, and use of tools.
