    MA North Shore Rides

Looking for a stop southbound on my way back from Maine on 95, somewhere north of Boston. Any good places within 10-20 mins from 95, easy to find, easy to navigate with no prior knowledge? 2hr ride, single speed friendly? Thanks.

+1 for Willowdale, my favorite local place to ride.

    Haven't met a trail that isn't...

When I use to go see the lady in NH (driving up from cape) I'd stop at Georgetown-Rowley, I picked it because it was a green blob around 95 on the map, only upon riding did I realize NEMBA has been in there and made some fun stuff.

That being said I don't know how close to 2 hours it gets you, Willowdale was a blast when I rode it.
Don't buy upgrades; ride up grades.

Georgetown-Rowley trails are good for about 1.5. Slightly more tech (basically none) than Williodale, but the latter has over two hours of riding easy if you hit everything.
Get out and ride even when you don't want to because ten minutes into the ride you'll be glad you did.

ya if you do the whole willowdale and add in the bradley palmer loop you get around 18 miles and close to 2 hours of conversation pace cruising.

I did ride Willowdale and Georgetown with a very large NEMBA group last month, really liked the trails. Especially Georgetown. In such a large group, I was just following and din't pay attention to any intersections, etc. I think I'll stop here on my way home and wing it. Thanks for all the advice.
