try the "indian hill" and "stone row" trails, plenty of technical trail features scattered about.

I used to ride there every week, haven't made it up that way recently though.

There is also a decent jump on acorn-south trail (climb acorn then descend acorn-south), nice switchback descent then a big rock to launch off.

Fern loop is flat but pretty technical, wet rocks galore.

    My favorite loop:
    park at ice cream stand
lantern to acorn-north to acorn to acorn south to acorn (nice warmup)
then down to fern loop for some rocks.
cross back over into the main park,
maple ridge to pine point to heartbreak ridge to tophet loop to keyes loop. (nice fast singletrack sections)

pop back out on pine-point (fast) to road, cross over to garrision to deer run to woodchuck (good XC-type trails)
indian hill (nice xc climb, fun rocky descent with drops) to stone row (technical climbs and rocky descents)
then take one of the field trails (litchfield loop I think) back to the parking lot. (cooldown or recovery)

    repeat as needed

this map is pretty up to date I think:
