Freetown State Forest Easy trails...Do they exist??

Hey all I just recently got into MTBin' and am a wee bit out of shape. I live fairly close the the Freetown state forest but damn these trails are super technical....and pretty rocky/sandy. Just curious if there is any rather relaxing trails other than fire roads...lol

I've been there a couple of times but never really found the 'good stuff'.

Not sure if this will help but here's the nemba link for FSF:

If you do find any good trails there, let me know. I only live about 20 minutes away.

Follow the trail that goes right along Copecut road...we call that the roller coaster, it's a mile long blast single track. tough though.

Stay away, the place is crap!!! Went there last week and the trails are awful. The MX'ers have beaten the trails pretty hard. Lots of loose sand and stone pretty much everywhere.
