    Berkshires in early August?

I'm going to be in the Berkshires for a few days in early August for work and I'd like to take my bike. Any suggestions of must rides for the Lee/Lennox/Pittsfield area? I'm old and slow so no black diamond for me, please.

Pittsfield State forest has the widest veriety and most well marked trails in the county, there is a regularly scheduled group ride every monday night a 5:30 from the Lulu parking lot there. Stop by the Arcadian shop in Lenox for some more indepth 411, hope to see you soon.

Thanks, I'll check it out. Not sure if my travel plans include a Monday but I'd love to ride with you if they do.

Yokun Ridge has the best trails in the area. Park up above Kennedy Park on Reservoir rd. You will be climbing. Well worth it, though. Trailforks has the trails and shows where to start/park.
