    Batchelor Street conditions?

Looking to throwing on some studded tires onto my Stumpjumper HT 29er and getting some much needed exercise. Was wondering how Batchelor Street conditions are. Or maybe Earls Trails even though I'm a little hesitant to go there because I don't want to get lost, since I've only ridden there once and that was about 8 years ago.

Earls will be better - dont think you need studs. But - not sure after this rain/freeze

I passed a few cars heading towards Earls/Bachelor St. with fatbikes on their racks. Made me a little jealous...

B street was great over the weekend. Now that this sleet/freezing rain/whatever is here... I'm not sure what to expect.
