    New addition to the family

After much shopping and deliberation, I finally pulled the trigger on a new Marin Nail Trail 9.6 today. It's just a beautiful bike, and a huge step up from my 12-year-old Rocky Mountain Fusion (which is still seeing duty as a winter bike and errand-runner). Tomorrow, I'll take it out for some position adjustments and wait for the trails to get better. We still have winter up here and the trails are still icy.

Does anyone else have any experience with this bike? I would be curious to hear your stories and about what mods, etc., you've done to your Nail Trails.

Sorry about the bell, but it's a necessity to transit some of the bike paths around here on the way to the off-road/singletrack stuff!

I just got this frame as well! I replaced my Schwinn Moab 2, which was too big for me.

Both frames are Medium but the Marin is smaller by an inch. 17in is just right for me.
