    Wired vs Wireless

Ok, for those Gloworm owners out there. If you could choose, which would you want? X2 with wireless remote, or XS with wired?

    TIA

Bar mounted or helmet mounted? Makes a difference IMO.

Bar mounted is fine wired. IMO no advantage to wireless.

    Helmet mounted I'd prefer wireless.

Thanks for the feedback both here and PM's. With the release of the Gloworm XS wireless, Jim @ Action-led has the wired XS on sale. I was able to pick one up cheaper than the X2 and I was debating about getting 2 at that price, but settled on the XS wired /X2 wireless combo with neutral tint that so many run. As always, the customer service at Action was amazing! Placed the order after business hours on the West coast and I got a shipping confirmation from Chicago literally an hour later. Thanks again.

Sounds like you got a great combo. If it was me I'd run the X2 on the bars and the X3 on the lid. I just like the brighter light on the helmet but some like it the other way round. Of course I would of gotten the X3 wireless and the X2 wired. Yep, X2, medium and spot optic and X3, all spot optics...that's how I rock. I'm guessing though that you got a close out deal on the X3 wired...

    X3?

I vote they rename their head units XS, XM and XL.
I will suffer no butt-hurt fools!
