    specialized flux 1200

    anyone using on the bar on trails... any feedback.?

    Unfortunately other than that this has a cutoff beam I don't know much about this light. That beam characteristic also makes the light a "less than ideal" choice for mtn. biking usage in that the low light beam area of the cutoff would normally illuminate trail obstacles at eye level. So light will work as a bar lamp but only safe if used with helmet light.

    You wont need a light with cut-off beam on trail, otherwise you wont see the branches coming to your head. As MRMOLE wrote, it will only be safe to use with a helmet light.
