Raising handlebar mount to shine over handlebar roll?

Any clever solutions to getting a handlebar-mounted light a few inches higher so it shines over the top of a handlebar roll?

    Thanks!

Convert it to GoPro mounting (shameless plug) and use an out front or "go big" type mount tilted upwards as needed to clear.
